Who can use this: Full admin accounts only. If you only see bookings and no Menu tab, you have a bookings-only login. Ask for full admin to publish menu images.

What happens when you click each button

1. Upload draft: sends your selected files to draft storage. The live website does not change. Each new upload replaces the entire draft (you cannot edit one page only).
2. Reload draft: loads the current draft from the server into Draft preview (e.g. after refreshing the page).
3. Send to homepage: copies the draft to published storage. The public Menu page reads published images. This overwrites all previously live menu pictures; there is no merge.

Recommended steps

1. Choose files under Menu images (in display order). Order matters: first file = page 1, second = page 2, etc. (Select in order in your file picker, or name files 01, 02…)
2. Click Upload draft and wait for the success message.
3. Check Draft preview: order and crops must be correct before publishing.
4. Click Send to homepage. Allow up to about a minute for caches; use a hard refresh or private window if the site still shows old images.

File rules

• Formats: JPEG, PNG, or WebP only.
• Maximum: 12 images per upload.
• Very large files may fail; export smaller or lower-quality JPGs for web if needed.

How many images show on the website?

The public Menu page can show up to 12 pictures, in the same order as your upload. If you publish fewer than 12, only those pages appear; unused slots stay hidden. Each draft is limited to 12 images maximum (the same cap applies on the website).

If something goes wrong

• Select at least one image: choose files before Upload draft.
• Unsupported image type: use JPEG, PNG, or WebP.
• Maximum 12 images: upload fewer files or combine pages in a design tool first.
• No draft images to publish: upload a draft successfully before Send to homepage.
• Server / binding errors: infrastructure issue (e.g. storage not configured). Contact technical support.

Backup: Keep copies of menu files on your computer. Publishing replaces live images; re-upload an old set from your files if you need to roll back.
